Gaga + Laboratorium Ruchu

Podczas warsztatu wprowadzimy ruch i życie do każdej komórki w ciele, poruszymy zmysły podczas fantazyjnej podróży poprzez kreatywne wyzwania i zadania. Będzie to czas wypełniony przyjemnością oraz wolnością płynącą z bycia w ruchu.
Warsztat jest przeznaczony dla każdej osoby powyżej 16 roku życia, niepotrzebne jest jakiekolwiek doświadczenie taneczne!

Warsztat składa się z II części:

1) Gaga/people – zajęcia oferują twórczą strukturę, która pozwala nawiązać kontakt z własnym ciałem i wyobraźnią, wzmocnić świadomość ciała, poprawić elastyczność i pewność siebie, a także doświadczać przyjemności ruchu w przyjaznej, inkluzywnej atmosferze. Zamiast powtarzać czyjś ruch, uczestnik aktywnie eksploruje zadania, odkrywając własne interpretacje informacji i wykonania ruchu.

Przerwa

2) Laboratorium Ruchu – będzie czasem na kreatywne poszukiwania. Podczas laboratorium ruchu weźmiemy pod lupę wybrane zagadnienia z języka ruchowego Gaga. Oprócz tego, będziemy pracować na specyficznych zadaniach, dając sobie czas na głębsze zrozumienie ciała, uwrażliwienie się na jego subtelne sygnały oraz na delektowanie się ruchem, który Nas uszczęśliwia, uzdrawia i umacnia.
Wskazane jest ćwiczenie w wygodnym stroju sportowym, bycie przygotowanym do tańczenia boso lub w skarpetkach.

Gaga + Movement Lab – join our very special workshop!
During the workshop we will invite movement and life to every cell of the body. We’ll awake the senses by moving creatively through different tasks and playful challenges. It will be a time filled with pleasure and freedom that come from activating the body to move in a new, unfamiliar way. The workshop is designed to cater everyone, prior experience is not necessary.
The workshop is divided into 2 sections:

1) Gaga/ people class offer a creative framework for participants to connect to their bodies and imaginations, increase their physical awareness, improve their flexibility and stamina, and experience the pleasure of movement in a welcoming, accepting atmosphere. Teachers guide the participants using a series of evocative instructions that build one on top of the other.
Participants should wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to dance barefoot or in socks. It is advisable to bring a bottle of water and a towel for use after class.

Break

2) Movement Lab – It’s a time for creative explorations. During the movement laboratory we will use specific exercises to ensure a deeper understanding of the body, while staying sensitive to subtle signals received from within. We will enjoy movement that makes us happier, healthier, and stronger.

Participants should wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to dance barefoot or in socks. It is advisable to bring a bottle of water and a towel for use after class.
